What a sight to see as our taxi pulled up to the front.
A sunny bright orange shrine.
It was in March 2014 when we visited.
I remember it was cold and rained afterwards.

The Heian shrine is named after the former name of Kyoto
The interior grounds are very spacious
Patterns & lanterns
It’s golden
